Life, as we know it, is actually comprised of VIBRATION.
You may think that things that you touch are solid, but really, they are not.
They are vibrating energy masses that we humans have decided to label as
"solid".

Left undisturbed, vibrating waves of anything move in a prescribed pattern.
This pattern is changed as soon as it meets and interacts with another vibrational pattern, which will generate a new pattern all its own.
Your personal energy field, for instance, continues vibrating in the same
pattern unless another vibrational pattern comes along to change it. When
you do encounter a new vibration, you immediately begin shifting to accommodate it. This happens all the time, and with practice, you can identify these shifts for yourself.

One way to enhance your Personal Sacred Space is by deliberately resonating
with certain vibrations. Crystals, gemstones, metals, symbols, colors,
fabrics are all examples of things you might choose to use to provoke deliberate
vibrational change.
Particularly powerful vibrations are also found in certain geographic
locations, in certain natural water sources, during astrological alignments,
in plants and trees,
and during some ceremonies and rituals. These vibrations can be reverently
contained, often in some kind of liquid, during ceremonial exchanges and are
included in various
"vibrational healing" products. Bach Flower Remedies are one of the better
known products, but in recent years, many other products have been created.
Vibrational shifts can be invoked by wearing or holding an item with the
desired vibration, as with jewelry, clothing or pocket amulets. More
dramatic, powerful
shifts can be invoked when the vibration is taken directly into the body by
ingestion, inhaling, or applying directly to the skin.
